Clay bar, vinegar, Polishing compound(Not rubbing) Even coke, it will be sticky, and will need to be rinsed, though.

visit a motorcycle shop...theyll have PLASTIC/GLASS safe polishes...i use
an old VERSION of MEGUIARS PlastX Clear-Plastic-Cleaner and Polish

the stuff does NOT scratch my helmet/face shields, Wind shields or
GLASS windows...and trust me if you ride a motorcycle and try to use
something on a helmet/face shield you KNOW (at night) in a second if
its left TINY scratches !

Try using Mr Clean Magic Eraser. We use them at work. One of our glass suppliers recomended them. We use them to get spots that are sometimes left from our edging machine.
