all the parts are available locally, no matter WHERE you live...
and the bundling that ive seen doesnt save you any money....

consider that you can buy the SAME parts (that the bundles contain)
local and have a local retailer where you can exchange the LIFE TIME
warranted parts @ LOCALLY

AutoZone does.
They also have their own "value" line they'll try to stick you with if you just walk in the door and ask for a ball joint...
Ask for the Moog by name.
If they say "No, we don't carry that" WALK OUT THE DOOR because they be lyin'-arse SOB's and you don't wanna do business with a lyin'-arse SOB, do ya?

Will they have Moog products?

they will...amoung other lifetime warranted parts too....
in autozones they carry "duralast" (autozone brand) too.
orileys will have the moogs too.

dont forget the seals and o-rings (if you have 4wd)...

while you have the knuckle off take some time to
grease the needle bearing hub...you know the one
ford says isnt servicable.

OH and any local parts shop will probably have a tool
loaner program...so you can leave a deposit and borrow
their pitman arm puller & balljoint press....w/ autozone
youve got THREE MONTHS to return the tools <or be
charged>....lets see a mail order place do that !?!

I find it odd that Autozone does not have any Moog products on their website, yet they sell them in store. Oh well I was just looking for good quality parts in case I have to replace anything.

I saw a mention of an aftermarket trac bar???
Where can I get one?

i went w/ the autozone <duralast brand> grease-able balljoints...
they were about 1/2 the price and when i compared 'em side
by side w/ the moogs i couldnt tell the diff...and their weight
seemed to be the same (when handling them).

i figured since the duralast brand has a lifetime warranty there
wasnt much risk....if they have to be replace, the parts are free...
AND autozone lets you upgrade (or downgrade) for the difference
in price @ any time !

yup...did it years ago w/ brake pads too...went w/ the life time cheapies...
and then upgraded <paid the diff> for better carbon pads...they squeeked
and made metal on metal noise all the time...so i down graded later
<back to the cheap pads> and got the difference back !

the coolest thing w/ autozone, is you dont have to keep your receipt
for parts warranty...its all in the computer, via name/telephone number...
walk into ANY of their stores and theyll have the info.
