What tire size is better for towing?

Should I get a 24 platinum with the 20” rims or with the tremor package with the 18” rims Which would do better towing and non towing as far as comfort?

I run Wrangler's 275/65R18
Towing a 14,000# fifth wheel trailer all over this country!
Use a laser temp gun and always check your pressure!
Don't rely on the TPM.
