we still have three one ton bags of gravel to spread out for the storage building, and the parking pad for guests

Those rocks will really help from dirt washing into your culverts. As a pipeline cleaner I have cleaned some culverts packed full of dirt and gravel. One that was a bear, was a 42" that was packed with 30lb rocks. Had to crawl in and pull them out by hand.
