do away with the ladder rack and run the 5 inch turnout stacks ?

keep the ladder rack, and incorporate a 2" x ( the width of the inside of the ladder rack) duct to dump out right at the end of the rack over the tailgate, that way you keep the long load abilty and have a flat duct to drop smoke right where you want it

the tires are tslthornbirds but the stacks clear right inside the ladder rack.suprisingly.
