Hello everyone.
I’m looking for a reliable workshop repair manual for my 1999–2003 7.3L PowerStroke and wanted to see what other owners here recommend. Do you prefer the factory Ford service manual, Haynes, Chilton, or an online subscription?
I’m mainly interested in accurate torque specs, wiring diagrams, injector and HPOP diagnostics, transmission procedures, and troubleshooting electrical issues.
Have you found one manual that consistently provides better information than the others? If you’ve tackled major repairs using a specific manual, did it save you time or prevent mistakes?
I’d appreciate any recommendations or experiences from fellow 7.3L owners.
