Give us some more info...where does it sound like its coming from? does it sound mechanical or air? What are you driving?....
Do you mean 10psi for boost? A lot of people have different max boost so theres no way for us to tell what 10% of your boost is

Need more info - 6.0's do have a loud turbo whistle in general, Check IC boots - Any loss in power?

Stock they don't whistle much at all. Modded they will scream.

..check all of your boots and if its not that its probably a cracked y pipe mine did this a while back
