Help Needed white smoke ???????

NEED HELP it all started with fuel in water, had ford place put injector cups (all 8)and injector o-rings in heads.Got truck back and it started to smoke white and had #8 contrabution coad.Changed #8 injector, white smoke.truck went back to ford thay say thay dont know why it is doing it any sugg

Were the injector cups the source of the water in fuel? or was the water getting in somewhere else?

Is the white smoke a continuous smoke or just at startup?

Have they tested to see if the cooling system maintains pressure? and/or cylinder leak down tests to see if it is possibly a headgasket problem
