nah he still got those mirror covers but love the black on black

oh i saw that...ive NEVER liked those chrome mirror covers...they make
the mirrors look like DUMBO EARS sticking out.

personally if youre goin for the mono-chrome look im not sure WHY
youd have chrome mirrors....

and god knows id be pulling the door badges on this truck...ALL BLACK

Scott's truck being an XLT, it is kinda strange it has the chrome mirrors. i wonder if he started out going the way of the chrome and then changed his mind.

Yep, i will even admit, that with the black wheels, tinted windows, that Scott needs to go to the paintable mirror covers and paint them black to match.

I would also paint the door & tailgate handles too.

After thinking about it, I might have to spring for some black mirrors. I won't have the chrome bumper after the ranchhand goes on and it will hide the front end chrome a little. Haven't put much thought into window tint but that could be something I'd be looking into as well. I can't get rid of too much of the chrome or the chrome running boards will look funny. Maybe I can get the stock ones off, put some black ones on and sell the originals. I'll have to get something because the girl probably wont be able to get in once its all said and done.

I think the mirrors came chrome because it isn't the regular grille. I don't know what to call it but you can look at my profile pictures and see what I mean. I might get something black to cover the mirrors and see what it looks like then.
