Just a SWAG but.. Wiper Arms to long ?

Seems shorter Arms, readjusted on the splines would shorten the arc ?

Shorter Blades too maybe ?

Joe

Has it always done this ??

there are plastic bushings hidden under the cowl that break and allow the arms to travel too far in both directions by adding slop into the system.

Hehe well I might just have to make some then or is the mechanism very expensive? and I'm finding that there is not all that much available for these pickups anymore.
