Wont start with key

96 7.3 wont start with the key. Jumped the terminals on the starter relay and it started right up, thought aha! Iv'e got a bad relay so I relaced it. Still wont start with the key, can't find a blown fuse, What am I missing?

Try Cleaning the battery post & clamps REAL good ?

actually, got a test light & a voltmeter? You're gonna need them...

I borrowed a test light, didn't need a meter. Blown 20 amp fuse. Thought I was in real trouble this morning, after I started it by jumping accross the terminals on the starter relay I started off to friends house that has the test light, the ABS light came on, the transmission went into limp mode and the speedo and odomter didn't work. Who would believe a $3.60 fuse would cause all of that?
