X plan Pin numbers

Anyone here have access to a left over 07 pin number or possibly an 08 pin when released??
have a close relative whom is looking for a new truck...of course i am shoooing him towards a new crewcab

tonight tyler ford advertised 2007.00 bux rebate on all 2008 Fseries trucks including the 450
they have 4 450 4x4's...58-61k in buckaroos two with camel interior
so i called them but it was only on 07's which was s till a good deal
but the relative isnt ready today to buy.
