yea, yea, i bought a tempo

hey everyone, i bought a 89 tempo for the short drive from my house to work. the driver's side passive seat belt motor only retracts the seat belt, it doesnt send it to the 'A' pillar. i am an electrician and i have a schematic, but my problem is that i cant find the passive restraint control module. the ford house doesnt have the book for that car, and the haynes and chilton cheapies that you would buy at autozone or advanced dont have anything about the seat belts. does anyone have any idea where i can find that control module, and am i right in thinking the a pillar limit switch or the control module is my problem? thanks.
