ZF-5 tranny swap

i own a 94 7.3 IDI i was wondering will a ZF-5,clutch and flywheel fit off a 97 powerstroke

I'm 99% sure the bell housing bolt pattern is different from the 7.3 IDI to the 7.3 PSD.

well the only diff from a 7.3 IDI and 7.3 DI is the heads but the block and compression and all the other stuff is the same i think theyll work i mean everything for the powerstroke internals you can put in a IDI motor i wouldnt think the bolt patterns would be diff

I did a little digging around over at Oilburners (with your IDI you need to go there for the best info available on the net) and found some info, the bolt pattern is the same but there are a few things you need to know and its all right HERE.
