    The truck in question is not mine. It is completely stock with the acception of a straight pipe. BTW... the new injectors, GP's, and UVC gaskets and harness is from Pensecloa diesel... on the the super kits. When I first installed all hardware, it had 3 dead cylinders. Drove the heck out of it...

    UVC gasket and harness are new. IPR runs about 15-17% at idle... 35-36% at 65 MPH, which is around 2600 RPM's. It doesn't change when the miss goes away.

    Ground the sensor wire to check the gauge.... may not be sensor.

    This is just my opinion.... If you are having troubles with a tranny, then you absolutely change the filter with a fluid change.... which usually by then it's too late anyway. If you are just doing PM work.... then a flush is the way to go. I have yet to find a filter with a bunch of trash in...

    One thing to remember on ALL fan clutches.... whichever direction the fan has to turn to move air, is the direction you have to turn the nut to loosen. Hope that helps.

    Compressor wheel ID.

    Not to highjack.... just wanting a little more info. I've been told that the early 99's had a "factory equivelent" to a WW... then all was changed due to turbo whistle. Is this accurate? Will the fins be unequal length as mentioned above. My truck also is missing the insulation off the IC...

    Gauge questions

    I have a line on a 3 gauge pod, with ISSPRO gauges. Boost, pyro, tranny temp (6 spd manual). It is in an 04 with a 6.0, and I believe that a sensor or T is missing from the boost gauge (vac hose to map cut). My question is.... are these gauge set-ups from ISSPRO vehicle specific? I don't think...

    Fuel Leak

    +2 on the banjo bolt, hose clamps on one of the 3 hoses coming out the front of the pump, a corroded/rusted Y pipe under the intake side of the turbo.

    Water in Fuel light?

    I've got a TSperformance chip that wasn't built for my truck. If I plug it in, it will trun on the WIF light. When I unplug the chip, it goes out. Try that on yours. If it goes out, I'd call them to see if this is a problem they are having.

    New Member 7.3 litre International motor

    The company I work for owns a SD rollback with a 7.3. It has 277K, getting ready to turn 278K. It is geared low (3000 rpm's at 75 mph), and we usually run it like that all the time. It has God knows how many hours on it due to working wrecks, stucks, jumps etc. It's not a real powerhouse...
