That stuff is called "Diesel Exhaust Fluid", it has to be available where you buy diesel by 2011 for the new emission push. Maybe this crap is to keep them muffler bearings cool! I'm not sure of the pricing, but I'm sure its high, and gonna make new diesels even harder to sell.

I bought a gallon a few days ago for $9.37/gal at a local dealer. Oil filter was $40.
