    $400 for the parts and labor. I didn't care about the price myself. Had a little problem with the a/c. Charged $80 to fix that so $480 all together.

    Almost the same exact problem I had. I changed the fuel filters and the EGR valve but the problem ended up being the icp sensor.

    Thanks for the help guys. Just wanted to give yall an update. Carried the truck to the Ford dealer and turns out my problem was the ICP sensor. They replaced it and the trucks been doing fine since.

    CRanked it up just a few mins. ago and it run fine for about 30 seconds again then reved up and down 9 or 10 times and puffed blake smoke. it did not go to 1000 rpms like it normally would just started idling again????

It cranks right up, does a quick rev with a puff of blake smoke and goes to 1000 rpms and sits there for at least 5 mins. even when its 95 degrees outside.     So with the 2 EGR codes that its throwing will a new EGR fix my problem?? I crunk it up today and it cranked right up ran fine for about 30 seconds then reved up and down a few times and cut off. Cranked right back up though.

    Had my truck scanned today here are the codes that showed up, PO404 PO405 P1464 And i had a previous code of P2285 but is not showing up now?? Possibly fixed before I bought it?? Any enlightenment would be appreciated on the direction I need to head in to straighten this thing out.
