B/W 4407 Transfer Case Front Output Yoke
Anybody got a yoke? It's been a month more now, and still no yoke! I cannot believe this! I've knocked myself unconscious twice now, beating my head on the wall! People must be hoarding them? I'd hate to have a machine shop make one for me, but I'm just about ready to take the $500 plunge! :(- OBS96

I'm working with Drivelines Northwest, up here. The biggest driveline people in our area. I went back to Ford today, they did some more checking around today. They tell me that no Ford dealer in the country, has one! They also said that no aftermarket company, makes one either! WTF? The truck is...- OBS96

B/W 4407 Transfer Case Front Output Yoke
Help! I'm dead in the water, here! :dunno I shattered the output shaft yoke,on my transfer case, for my front driveline. The transfer case, is a Borg/Warner 4407F. Ford said I had a B/W 1356, so I bought the yoke for that, and of course, it was wrong. Nationwide, Ford does not stock the front...- OBS96

diy tymar air filter
I'm an all stock 96, 7.3 CC,LB, F350 4X4. I installed the DIY tymar.I did experience a slight HP gain too. I don't know what it was, but I'm thinking maybe 5, to 7, or 8 HP. My feedback on the DIY Tymar. Hope it helps I've got an obs, like you. I did the diy Tymar a couple weeks ago. My engine is all stock right now. I could feel a slight power improvement. Csipsd So, Would you do it? Wouldn't equalizing the oil pressure to the injectors be a good thing?I would think so. Seems to me, it would help even out the fuel distribution through all 8 cylinders, but you guys know best. Am I over analyzing this? Anxious for your opinion, and Thanks!- OBS96

Thanks guy's, Looks like I've got a little bit of work to do. Not too bad though. I guess I've just been lucky the piston hasn't moved, because my turbo is spooling normal. I've got about 10K miles on it since I gutted the EBPV, and cut the actuator rod.- OBS96

What? Tap, and plug the acctuator rod hole? I just ground the rod off, and left it. That's been over a year ago, no problems. Could I have one, and not even know it? You guys have got me worried now. I can't see a reason not to do this mod. More oil is good. Sounds like it's a mod worth doing. At the very least, it will improve oiling in the heads. There's nothing wrong with that. Possibly cheap insurance, IMHO. I've always been taught that more lubrication was a good thing in any vehicle I...- OBS96
