Thanks to all that replied. It doesn't get very cold where I am in Washington. I'm right on the coast on the Olympic peninsula at sea level. Its hardly ever below 30 so I never plug it in unless I'm up in the mountains when its cold. The couple mornings it did this it was 40 to 45 degrees...
New to the forum looking for help. 2001 F250 7.3, 120k miles, When I try to start it in the morning it will crank over but not start. Cranks like a gas engine when you unhook the coil wire. Tried to start it 5 or 6 times ...finally started, when it started no smoking issue. Started just like it...
