7.3 starting problem
Thanks to all that replied. It doesn't get very cold where I am in Washington. I'm right on the coast on the Olympic peninsula at sea level. Its hardly ever below 30 so I never plug it in unless I'm up in the mountains when its cold. The couple mornings it did this it was 40 to 45 degrees...- old ford

7.3 starting problem
New to the forum looking for help. 2001 F250 7.3, 120k miles, When I try to start it in the morning it will crank over but not start. Cranks like a gas engine when you unhook the coil wire. Tried to start it 5 or 6 times ...finally started, when it started no smoking issue. Started just like it...- old ford
