    Does anyone know what the approx. fuel filter sock in the tank is rated at? I am contemplating removing it and mounting a fuel filter on the frame before the pump.

    It seems the same. When I want to give it gas it is a dog. When it acts up I can hear the injectors clicking. Just like when the tech performed a test on them using the scan tool?

    Is that something that I could check out? I have never been inside of a diesel engine. My valve cover gaskets need replaced anyway. I am NOT looking forward to that. What would make those said clips/connections fail or come loose anyway? Thanks. Jim

    I am being told by the dealer that the wiring harness problem was in the early 6.0 not the 7.3? Some one mentioned a second fuel filter? IS there more than 1? I just replaced mine on top the engine. I do it every 12,500.
