I had the same problem and what is happing is the exaust is boiling the coolant out. You can blind EGR cooler off or just unplug the valve it will auto close that is what i did and the gas will not heat up the cooler and boil the coolant out if it leaks coolant into the exaust side it will blow...

It has a cap on the plastic tank but not one on the actual radiator so you can see if you are getting good flow in it. It is hard to tell if it has good circulation.

Put a gauge on fpr it swings real bad between 35# and 55# every now and then it will hit 70# is this normal or should i shim the fpr spring. Just tring to help mpg it seems to have gone down over time. It is 95 F350 7.3

Checked IPR seemed fine. Pulled valve cover again new injector putting out more oil than the others. Think injector bad or wrong injector from auto parts store. Oil runs continously out of port.
Took truck for a long ride (70Miles) today worked fine while RPM's were high but when i stopped it would not idle and died out. I am going to check the IPR but not sure what i an looking for or if i need to drain the oil. All I see on the back of the HPOP looks like a plug please help with more...
Took truck for a ride after injector change running fine but after about 6 miles some white smoke come out of the tail pipe and when i stopped at light it died out was able to start using some starter fluid and drove it home no smoke then but died out in driveway.
1995 F350 just replaced fuel injector, Started up and ran for a while but it seems after warm up it shuts down and will only start with help. But it will not idle. I have no clue what is wrong.:dunno
