7.3L Dies even with new CPS
Have you checked the PCM for a aftermarket chip? The start and stall could be associated with a failing chip mounted on the PCM. Ron- Superchips Tuner

Superchip 1705
If it does not power up then usually there is a blown cigerette lighter fuse. You have a old style 1705 with dual tunes. t/s tune=60hp and 110ftlbs of torque at the wheels Perf=80 hp and 130ftlbs I hope this helps... Ron- Superchips Tuner

Do I need a new PCM?
Pull the chip is first thing. Physical chip will omit the same issues as a CPS, and a dead PCM. Good luck Ron- Superchips Tuner

OBD II port not working???
cigarette lighter fuse. Not the power point but the Cig fuse powers up the diagnostic port. If you would like to check power at the port. pin #16 in the lower right corner of the port on the small side of the plug. I hope this helps Ron- Superchips Tuner

2000 7.3 won't start
sc reply With the 7.3 excusions you would need to do a PATS clear request with the ignition after tuning. If you turn the ignition on without the tuner plugged up, watch the theft light, it should be flashing aprox. 3 blinks per sec. after about 30-45 sec. the theft light will slow or go out...- Superchips Tuner
