They are really easy to do. I had to do them this last summer on my truck (all four wheels).
Don't forget the kit for all the little pieces that need replacing too.... I made that mistake..... LOL

Anyone ever do one on these newer 7.3s?
I had to 'jump' the GPR today just to get my truck to start. And that just got me thinking... Why replace that $70+ part when I can just manually toggle my GP's on or off with a switch...
Thoughts?

Well I installed it the other day (Saturday) and had to replace the T-stat housing because mine was stock from 2002 and was rusted almost completely through. lol

Anyone here running the 203* thermostat?
I just bought one and just wanted to know if switching from stock (I'm assuming is 180*) to this does actually increase MPG and doesn't cause my truck to overheat during the summer (which here in SLC, UT can reach 100+).
