    Ok something I noticed is the front tires (mud 35x12.5x17) hve very uneven wear on the tread. I have not rotated tires but with ony 12k mles could this have happened because I didn't rotate or did something cause them to wear like they did?

    What about leaving it in lock for a short trip? Would it hurt any thing? I will be pulling a boat and will need 4wd at ramp. Would it be ok to lock hubs when I leave house and unlock when I get home?:thanks

    Thanks Boadie. I want to think your right cause thats what I thought. I did call Ford and talked to someone in service and they said the locks had to be on or 4WD will not work.:dunno I am gonna go try it to see. Not trying to doubt you but does anyone else reading this agree or not?:thanks
