    This method works. It saves alot of time (and saved my *****). Got my alternator changed in the dark with only a couple tools, bungi cord, and a flashlight by myself. Total replacement time was about 45 minutes (not counting the ride to the parts house).

    Good question... I don't see an answer for it here, so maybe someone in the know can clarify this for the 6.0s too. I'm also curious about the affect TCW3 would have (if any) on the 6.0 fuel filters & cat converters?? THANKS!! Great thread here!

    Me neither... So the fuel delivery has to be bled like a brake system? Also... Why would my "on fumes/idiot light" range be so drasticly reduced?

    Well... I thought of that, but I run it low all the time for longer and this has never happened. So, is it normal for it to take so long to get the fuel flowing fully again?

    I had my front windows tinted (back ones already were from the factory). I do notice that the front has a slight green hue versus black. The tint guy said it is because the front glass has a light tint in the glass and it is what is causing the green hue.

    I am looking at getting 20" wheels and 35" tires, but I have concerns about being denied claims against my Extnded Service Plan if I happened to have one. Someone told me that oversized tires would invalidate my coverage for the drivetrain and susension. Anyone here have an expeience like that...

    Tried the EGR unplug. It seemed to work at first, but didn't prove out foe me. What does VGT stand for anyway? This thing actually has variable turbo blades or something? Is this like the yaw on a plane prop -- adjustable pitch/bite?
