    I just bought my gasket/2o-ring kit yesterday from Nappie.....it was 7buck 99....I have close to 80K on my 6.0 and when I pulled my EGR out, (bitch too) it was no where near that nasty....And, this is after driving 80 miles with a blown intercooler..... blowing black smoke at about 50...

    Dfuser has a EGR Billet blockoff for 79.99. Has anyone used this or would recommend it? I am planning on new head bolts within the next year or so. Then i'll go a delete...... What are the thoughts of just replacing the EGR for now with the blockoff? Thanks:dunno

    $1260 bucks!!!! The old intercooler had blown the end off. I cleaned the egr valve and also ordered a replacement tensioner that was frozen up! I ordered a idler pulley that was a bit too loose for me..... Another 180$ CHEAP from an online Tenn Ford place....My intercooler and other parts...

    I had codes P2262, turbo supercharger boost pressure not detected-mechanical.....P2263, turbo supercharger system performance...P132B Unknown?????????.... Dumped the camper...Not as much smoke just no power. turbo spools..........

    Yep hoses are still on and can't see any breaks... The puff of smoke from the grill area when it happened makes me think it's the intercooler. No codes, nothing else. Idles great.....
