    Introduction and already the first problem

    Is it possible your chip contacts need cleaned?Also check your wires for IPR and the tin nut.If it skips at a certain temp its possible that your Engine oil temp sensor is messing up(changing rpm). I hope you get it cured with the new CPS.If not there's a couple more things to look at. Good Luck

    Patrick, what did you do about the spacer ring? How much rotational play did you have in your DMFW? I checked mine about a month ago and had an inch of play at 124k. Glad you got it in.

    I left my actuator arm hooked up and just unhook the 2 wire connector under the turbo. I will gut mine when I get a chance and JB weld around the arm hole. Thats my plan any how.

    You will have to at least change the bad GP so you don't fry your new harness.DO NOT USE AUTOLITE GP'S. They tend to swell over time then you can't pull them out. Stick with Motorcraft Beru's. Don't rush taking the old one out in case of carbon build up on the element.If you break it off chances...
