    Leveling Kit Question

    I leveled my early '99 with a spring shackle/hanger level ift kit. If I remember right it ran about $200 off ebay. Since I went 3 inches I had to modify my trac bar to take care of the resulting bumpsteer. Worked great when it was all done. and the ride was still smooth.

    Odds and Ends Finally got my cab lights on the '05. Salvaged 3 of them from the wrecked '99. Also added the rear markers and put on my new fender and grill emblems.

    Rancho Shocks/Steering Stabilizer

    I put the RS5000's on my '99 (shortly before it was crushed) but didn't like the feel of them. The rear of the truck felt less stable (with a cabover camper) compared to the original OEM's with 130K on them. If I ever get more Rancho's I'd move up a couple of levels.
