the durn thing wont start at all if not plugged in. Thought the ground would be through the bolts, cleaned the whole mounting surface with a brass brush.(didn't take off the paint) According to all I have read, the relay should be working.

starting to get my knickers in a knot.....

OK, I got the truck at a great deal, (so I thought). 16,500 for an '02 CC 4x4. however things are going bad fast. I knew I would have to do some work to it. New tires, new shifter (OD shut off). going to have to do ball joints before the camping season this year. However, the thing that is...

    $0.12 diesel jump?

unless its a big national chain, they probably all get the goods from the same oil company. that would make the prices all the same in the area.

    PDAs?

I know enough about computers to make me dangerous to a computer! :dunno But that would be awsome to get a diagnostics tool like the auto engenuity and a programer in one. thats kind of like the hyperpac.

    LED for GPR

I've read here that the GPR can stay on long after the idiot light goes off, does anyone see an issue with installing an LED to indicate when the GPR is on or off exactly?

    altitude compensation

we just found her dad 4 yrs ago. ( I think!) we've been out there all but the last year, two years ago, we tried bomber mnt. but didn't allow enough time. now that we have the camper, and the truck, we can go and not have to share hotel rooms with the brothers ( who are planning to go with! :o )

    hard cold starting

All glow plugs on passenger side were .5 to .6 ohms, the drivers side was from the back 1.7, 1.7, infinite, 1.6. is it normal to have that much of a range from side to side, suppose one side was replaced and the other not? I know the infinite one is bad, but the others seem to be at both ends of...

is a wt. distributing hitch needed on f350?

some states require the anti sway, but not the equalizers. My grandpa went from a 35 foot camper down to a 14 foot, pulls with a 1 ton cube van. but still uses the equalizers. Habit I guess.

    Fuel Additives

This being my first diesel, I wasn't sure what to use. I have been running blended fuel, but had a can of Seafoam laying around, so dumped that in the tank. by the way, it starts so much better when there is a good cord on the block heater.

    antifreeze orange or green

thanks guys, I think it was gold, but it was more brown than gold. I'll have to flush it in a couple days, have to get the tire fixed first.

    antifreeze orange or green

neither is recomended, it says "use what was origionaly used in your truck"... either green or gold. " if you don't know, check your resevoir." (its empty). the coolant taken out of the bottom of the radiator is inconclusive as to what has been added and or used. the dealership couldn't tell me...
