    Ins. was out today. I pumped the tank down a little to get a better Idea of what was happening. The Ins. guy was cool about it, said he had never seen a tank go out like that. He was glad I had the paper work on the last pump out. It said no un-foreseen problem at pumping and cleaning. .

    You have a vac. pump, diesels don't make there own vac. so they need a pump. Chances are the vac. hose to the hubs is cracked or busted. I would just plug it at the relay.     I had 16.5 X 12 rims with 12.5x 35" and had to cut some metal behind the plastic tire well. Down by your feet. Then had to put a 1" spacer in the front bumper to move it forward thas all.

    Help Needed 99 F350 Right Side I-Beam Bracket FAILURE

    Like BJS said you can pop the old rivets out and rebolt with a Grade 8 bolts and washers. But you need to check for any other damage and/or cracks around the rivet areas and so forth. Post some pic so we can spot anything more.

    Clean your intercooler and tubes out. They most likely have oil sitting in the bottem of them and the oil get sucked into the turbo and burned first.

    What kind of gauge do you have? All the boost gauges I had were tubed to the high PS side of the turbo. I could under stand the spliced sensor wire. Is your boost gauge electronic?
