    $1,500-1,700 there is a couple of sites that sell ford replacement parts such as the dpf and thats what i figured everyone had different prices basically 1,700 is what the dealer would charge but do you want to go through the dealer for a dpf ....yeaaaa noooo , anyways i been having same prob...

    im gettin 9.0 city i got an intake and 5inch dpf bak leveling kit with 35's with programmer off and this is after the pcm flash i got about 13k as well as mick1955 .....am i gonna see improvement it was getin 10.3 without programmer and with 11.8 but i havent put bak the programmer bak on...

    shoot man i wish i checked the site sooner i went ahead and painted the inner part of the grill along with the side vent grill area i was sik of the maroon color on the side vent and didnt want to pay big $$$$ for a grill for example RBP's haha i got the idea to match the red part on the badge...

    MURR3061 i think the factory dp size is 4.25" 5in would be a tight fit cuz everythings so crammed why dont you measure the diameter with a caliper .......ill check it tomm at work but im pretty shure its 4.25" let cha kno tomm

    got mine done my mileage barely went up maybe like .3% i get 9-10.8 avg mpg thats with an intake and 5inch after dpf with the programmer off its like the truck has good days and bad days one week getting 11mpg then 11.8 then back to 8.5 - 9.0 hahaah maybe there will be another reflash again hahaa

    see the only place i found it was a station up in santa barbara , ive been recently goin up to big bear to get as much snowboarding i can before season ends by now its not that cold high 30's im sure if i dump a bottle of that diesel kleen cetane booster it says it works great with biodiesel ...

    SO they say only 5% of biodiesel is allowed in the 6.4 so b5 it is , but i came across some B99 now how bad would that be if i ran some of that mixed along with some diesel say bout 5 gal. , 99% BD what will happen nothing bad i suppose ???

    im at 10k i get the white smoke in the morning but only two times it was belching it and for the time of 30 seconds otherwise its just for 5-10 seconds , trucks in for pcm re-program maybe things will change ....

    i dropped mine off yesterday after it shutdown on me up in big bear C.A. at idle in regen mode then magically started up 1 hour later , maybe the (PCM) reprogram will give me better mpg haha i doubt it

    i would just wait on dpf removal till warranty is up they have clean tunes on certain programmers like rbp which is made by ppe works great trucks regen process is the same no change 115hp tune and some 5 inch behind that dpf should hold you off tilll warranty is up i mean i didnt buy the truck...

    yea im on my 2nd radiator no leaks so far tho knuckle head mechanics didnt fill up the reservoir to the right level haha , i wonder if turbonetics has a nice radiator out for the 6.4 yet i kno they got a intercooler out
