    found a good deal on a 7.3

Van turbo has a bigger exhaust port . Lemme look around, but I'm thinking its a 1.15 exhaust port? Dont quote me. Still, for a grand cost? Call up a shop and see what they charge to verify the block. Then ask the seller to split the cost with you. :)

    found a good deal on a 7.3

IIRC a van turbo will fit. ( Banging head) I can't recall directly but something about having to get an adapter for it? As far as the block, I would definitely get a machine shop to check it out and make sure it's usable. $1000 for a block with forged rods that CAN be built? I'd jump on...

Sway Bar & Endlink Bushing Replacement????

Your good to go Barrett. Nothing SHOULD explode when you unbolt them. Front no problem. The rears? Do yourself a favor and check the fuel tank side BEFORE you start wrenching back there. On my 02 I had to lower the tank just to get the top endlink bolt out. Sure hope you dont have to. Trying to...

Finally put my sway bar and endlink bushings in the rear. Stick the rear endlink bolt in so the only way to get it out is to drop the fuel tank, BRILLIANT! Not!! Why would anyone do that? Guessing because I'm sure that it was assembled and installed BEFORE the bed was put on. Simple things...

    Fuel leak?

Hey big joe. Like I told clint, the bowl delete is supposed to rid fuel of any air AND provide better filtration. So far so good I havent had any filtered fuel problems. For getting rid of air in the lines you can always do the tank mod. Plus with the bowl delete you also have to add...
