poor man's egr bypass
being a machinist for a living I was looking at an egr cooler and started thinking if you made a 3/8" thick plug for both ends of the exhaust ports press them into place then weld them what you would have is a sealed tank that would allow the coolant to enter the back side pressurize the tank...- Jeppers

Black coolant
I have an early 04 (03 motor) when pulling an 9000lb fifth wheel camper this past weekend I noticed the sweet smell of burning antifreeze and loss of power the truck is bone stock with 70,000 and just past warranty I did not loose any antifreeze it just turn black and smells like diesel fuel...- Jeppers
