    I know this has been told before, but I can't find the solution here in the forums. We have a 2004 F350 4x4 crewcab and the front springs squeak all the time. There was talk about litium grease sprayed into them, I have been doing this and it helps, but I want to fit the problem, not mask it...

    Finally, the trucks symptoms showed up at the dealer. The code said some part, EST? something was bad. Truck runs GREAT now, thanks for all the help.:hail :sweet

    Dealer says nothing is wrong, no codes, no nothing. I told him it would be back ASAP whe the problem did it for us. Thanks for your suggestions.

    The truck is a 2004 6.0L crewcab 4x4 w/auto. I know the injectors have been replaced and EGR. I'll ask about the throttle chaffing.

    Thanks a bunch!:sweet It goes into the dealer tomorrow morning, I'll make sure I let the tech know, give him some help. Funny thing is, the EGR has been replced twice already and the truck only has 31,000. I'll keep you posted on the outcome.

    2004 F350 6.0L. Just started this. You pull up to a stop sign and all of a sudden the motor revs higher then drops off like its stumbling ready to stall then back to normal, all within 10 seconds. Any ideas?:dunno

    GLOWPLUG BUSSBAR SEALS

    Just got the wife's truck, 2004 F350 4x4 crewcab, 33,000 miles, for some warrenty work from the dealer and one thing they fixed was oil leakage. On the report it stated they had oil leaking from the glowplug bussbar seals and cam sensor seals. Anybody else ever have this leak problem?

    Newbie here. My wife, yes I said my wife, has a 04 F350 6.0L diesel 4x4 crewcab that she calls her 1 ton grocery getter. Anyway, she tell me she feels something "clunking" under her feet when driving over choppy bumps at about 20 mph to when coming to a complete stop. The truck has 28,000 on it...
