    sinisterdiesel.com. delete the stock oil cooler and plumb an exterior one one the truck delete the egr cooler for sure. while your there delete the egr valve and throw it in firepit where it belongs.

    Yap, this happens alot 9 out of 10 customers are not happy with a re-programm on there trucks, usually what you will notice first is fuel mileage will decrease. Ford will give us a brief on what a re-progam is for but nerver what it changes during the process.

    If at all possible take your truck to a TRUCK SHOP i hate to say it but very few Ford car dealers have good diesel tech's, trust me I know. 6.0 is known for carbon issues in the intake,egr,turbo etc. don't allow alot of idle time and don't baby it put it on the highway and stomp the throttle.

    1st you need to have it scanned for codes. what is causing your problem could be a number of issues and you could be chasing your tail forever. a code will most likely be stored in the pcm a code, is not an exact reason for what is wrong but it sure will narrow it down to a particular system...
