Question low boost at interstate speeds

I do not build any boost running 70 mph. at low speeds I build very little boost when in the throttle heavy. Could this be a bad seal on the up pipes? I'm going to install a larger compressor wheel and ported housing soon I will definitely inspect everything then just wanted input on weather or...

I have a 2000 F250 how can I find out what the factory rods are?

stripped spline?

I have a 2000 250 and under heavy throttle it slips sounds like an input output shaft or drive shaft. would it still drive if any of these were to slip a spline shaft? the rear drive shaft is sloppy but i wouldn't think it would still drive after slipping the splines.
