    Wont start with key

    96 7.3 wont start with the key. Jumped the terminals on the starter relay and it started right up, thought aha! Iv'e got a bad relay so I relaced it. Still wont start with the key, can't find a blown fuse, What am I missing?:dizzy

    Finally!

    The diesel shop that works on my truck said "Never.Never, Never sell that 7.3", so far Ford hasn't given me good reason the nmot beleive the diesel shop.

    ABS light and no tc lockup

    check the sending unit on top of the master cylinder, it will fool the sysstem in to thinking you have applied the brakes, hence no convertor lock-up, don't know about the abs light.

    Starter or Starter Relay?

    My 96 PSD acted the same way, turn the key, no clicking from the relay, nothing. It was the relay!
