Ahhh! Broken rear axle!
I have a 12 bolt Sterling 10.25" rear axle which I believe I broke the rear shaft today while 'having fun' :( So... I guess tomorrow I will pull the cover and shaft to see what I broke. for sure. Anyone work at a Ford dealer in FL?
Called Greenway Ford about getting a new key programmed.... had two, lost one and bought a new blank from Ebay. Got it cut and now, since I only have one working key, I have to go to the dealer. Unbelievable!
My front leaf spring bushings (the rear of the spring hole) are basically nothing but the metal sleeve and the truck's just gotten scary to drive since they totally went to no bushing left. Well, I cut off the old non-mufflered / non-cat exhaust and put on the off-road mufflered MRBP (or was is MBRP!?). Door ajar....
Anyone else have this problem??? My door ajar light sporadically will stay on when all doors are definately shut. Annoying even though the lights inside eventually go out, the dash light won't. Power Steering hose leak!!
Arrgghhhh! Christmas eve and I get off the highway and I have no power steering OR BRAKES!! :eek: Apparently the other day when I pulled my turbo to intercooler tubes to clean and check the couplers I reinstalled the driver's side so it was touching the hose coming out of the pump on the side...- Crazy Cowboy

Vacuum Leak??
I'm thinking my 7.3 has a vacuum leak SOMEWHERE.... My automatic 4WD is not locking in and my A/C blows cold BUT it only works on defrost no matter what position the knob is (Max, A/C, Vent, etc..) which makes me think there's a leak somewhere.
