    It was from a dealer... Once you drive off the lot, they dont give 2 ****s. Dealers now a days RARELY even test drive a car they are taking in on trade. The truck runs great now, if i think its going to break again, im just gonna go trade it in for a new range rover.... :(

    So I took the truck into ford and got everything worked out... :) They had to replace both head gaskets, cracked head, and piston and rod. :dunno But its runs strong again!! ;tu Thanks for your guys help. Maybe ill post picks later.... :cool:

    The banks stickers i think are from an intake, b/c there is warning sticker under the hood about a banks intake system on the truck. but my other diesel buddys have said the truck is defiantly faster than stock. So it probably has a programmer that you plug in like a diablo sport and take...

    24-26 gallons, There is no programmer to pull out that i know of, that i can see at least. ya it sucks, im spending like 240 a week on just fuel. Any good diesel mechanics in the chicago land area that could maybe look at it? :dunno

    I bought it from the dealership, and they didnt know what was done to it, the only reason i think its got a banks programmer is b/c its a lot faster than my friends deisels and in the owners manual it had a bunch of decals to put on the outside of the truck that said banks power.

    The only time i see black smoke is if i punch it, and than its only for a second. other wises no smoke at all, inless i start it up and its cold. I want to remove the programmer but the guy didnt give it to me, any way to hard reset the ecu back to stock?

    ZERO GAS MILEAGE NEED HELP

    I have a 04 f250 harley davidson with 19,000 miles. I bought the car used, all i know is that it has a banks programmer. I get about 25 miles to a 1/4 tank. WTF is going, the truck loves to shift at 3,000 rpm inless you let off the gas a tad. any ideas would be great :D
