Sounds like a bad EGR. I'm fairly certain, from my own experience that when the valve goes bad, it tends to pop open under boost pressure and cause the "bucking" I recommend one of 3 things...
1) Just leave the EGR unplugged, your truck may run just fine that way.
2) Get a custom- tuned SCT with the EGR off option.
3) Shoot in the dark and replace the EGR.
