The truck is great! I'm seeing 17 mpg on the highway and it pulls awesome!

what do you have done to it and how many miles

It has just over 5k on it now and I honestly have done no mods to the motor at all. It has factory 20s on it right now and I attempt to keep my foot out of it. I have been running OEM cetane boost as well. That seemed to help considerably.
