Finally got everything put back together. It Looks Awesome!

the advantage of moving to the 08 mod. yr. tailgate ?

is the 08 tailgate cheaper than the 99-07 ?

its called "the step part alone cost 455.00 and the handle cost 100.00, so i went with the basic tailgate instead MOD"

more to come tonight when we get back from church services.

BTW bush, i have a brand new old style tailgate handle color matched that would match your truck perfectly, interested????!!!!!

Bama does not want to 'remind' anyone that he crunched his old tailgate with his 5'r. It apparently was so bad that he wouldn't post a pic.

i am curious about the conversion process.

oh no i KNOW that step and handle were STUPID expensive...and i know
the 08 looks "different"...i was really just curious about the 08 gate
price compared to the 99-07 price.

ive done LOTS more expensive mods that no one else would EVER
understand...so fact of the matter im not questioning anything other
than the PRICE of the different gates.

stephen...if i had that nice handle...id muck it up right after it was on
my truck...if i didnt mess it up while installing it

truth be known...id rather have your door handles...cause apparently
you got the last FULL set that dppi had...im stuck w/ 1/2 a set and im
fighting w/ 'em to get it sorted out, returned and get my money back

my next call is to mark...so i can get it resolved.
