FPR being Fuel Pressure Regulator?
That black sleeve is where the blue spring and the brass bushing fit into. The seal on the brass busing is suppose to seal off against the black plastic as best I can tell. If that seal is not there then the fuel is not being able to build up pressure as the fuels is allowed to go back to the tanks at a lower pressure?
Am I thinking correctly here?
