15 minutes for each rear door and the passenger side. the driver door took 30 minutes longer. it has the lock thingy arm to deal with.
but basically its a piece of cake or pie
rear door panels pop off with two screws. the plastic part that holds teh window switch POPS off and then unscrew the screw , then the door reflector pops out, remove the screw and slide the panel up and out of the way. I will look and see if anyone has a set of directions, if not i geuss a wiki is the next course.

Man they sure look great. Hard to believe that they could make that much of a difference. Are they hard to take off and put the new ones on?
