My used crankcase oil, can i safely run it through my new 6.0 after I filter it?
it currently gets filered by teh oil guard at 1 micron. and i can filter it again when i drain it out.
my 7.3 i mixed 1 gallon of oil to fuel.

I wouldnt feel comfortable running used motor oil through the injection system on a PSD. It would almost certainly void a warranty if they (Ford) found out about it.

There are chemicals in engine oil that you can remove with simple filtering. These chemicals may or may not combust cleanly in your engine and could lead to carbon deposits, sludge, fouled injectors, who knows what.

You also dont know what chemicals will be put into the atmosphere via your exhaust when those various chemicals burn.

Waste Oil Heaters, incinerators, and some older multi-fuel rigs can run on it fine, but a direct injection, electronic diesel? I wouldnt highly recommend it.
