My chrome wheels are starting to have a ruff feel with a fog like hase to them. I tried a small spot whit never dull polishing stuff. it did remove it but left little scratches when you look up close. I also tried another polish/ cleaner and it did the same.. What are you guys using to bring them back to life?
Any home made recipes?

They are chrome. on other sites everybody says get mothers chrome polish and make sure its for chrome only. The polish i do have says all metal, so i guess thats why its leaving slight scratches.

Dow foamy bathroom cleaner. Unless it is scratched really bad, etc, it will work great. It also won't scratch.

You do need to look at the Big DOg site, though. I was amazed at what the guy with the end dump did to his truck with the polish.

Thanks Scooter.
Ian took polished steer wheels which was all he could get from his boss and polished the insides of them to put them on the tandems. Ian can't say enough about the polish. He made oxidized diamond plate look like chrome. He took first place at Waupun Truck Jamboree here in Wisconsin. Also, it's not Big Dog, it's baddogpolish.com.
