Ive checked both the bowl O ring, and the fuel/water O ring. the bowl is dry, everything on top of the engine has no diesel residual whatsoever, as already stated. but what I didnt check is the drain lever. Thanks guys Ill get back on when I check that out. Thanks for the info, Ill keep yall posted.
Being an 01.. if you've never R&R'd the drain valve.. it might not be a bad idea to do it. The O rings are known for drying out*, in time.. ?
The rebuild kit includes everything O ring wise.. and a new valve assembly (the yellow lever and body).
Sometimes.. it won't leak, under pressure... but as the psi drops.. it will. Sometimes, the reverse ?
