The "Dongle" is just a 1k resistor bridged across 2 connections on the plug. Its just like a 10k mod. Its there to fool the computer into thinking a certain pressure is being read.
If you go into the WIKI and read the 10k mod instructions, I have a note about going to the parts store, and gutting a coolant temp sensor from a 93-97 LT1 motor. Its the same MALE connector that you need! (ICP and EBPV sensor are same plug). There is part numbers for both male and female sides in the WIKI.
