Edge Programer with Attitude module

HELP!! I have a 2002 Superduty 7.3; I have a cold air induction, 4 inch exhaust with straight through 24 inch muffler, Garret GTP 38 Turbo, Heater block out of intake, MAP sensor computer boost fooler (not sure what the real name is), 203 degree thermostat and a Diablo Sport programmer. What else can I do to get more power? Is there any type of performance exhaust and intake manifold I can by?? Any other ideas?
