I don't have a write-up, but I've done it. Pretty easy, really.
I already had replaced fuel lines when I did a SVO conversion a few years ago that made it a bit easier for me.
I used this fellow's page as a guide..

One thing I'll point out -- originally, I purchased the fittings to convert from hose to the banjo bolt. Cost about $80 for those from my local hyd shop. After being in for a bit, I developed a leak at the back of the heads where the fuel lines route. They have those wiggle-type fittings and the bushings were shot. I opted to remove those entirely and replace with metal brake lines bent to clear everything. I just go from the hose to a T then to each of these brake lines -- much simpler and no more leaks. That work around was about $15.00 and I could've saved on those other fittings.
I like the conversion -- if only for the reduction of the continual leaking problems and replacing the stock mech pump every so often..
